2. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are accepted through our website, social media, or in-person.
  • Payments must be made in full before processing.
  • We accept Shopify Pay, Venmo, Cash App (by DM), and major cards.
  • All sales are final once processed.

3. Shipping

  • U.S. shipping only.
  • Orders ship within 2-4 business days.
  • Sea moss gel is shipped in secure, chilled packaging. Please refrigerate upon delivery.
  • Tracking is provided when your order ships.

4. Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
  • If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
  • Approved refunds or replacements will be processed in 3-5 business days.

5. Allergies

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients. Always patch test skincare products. Healthy AsF is not responsible for allergic reactions.

6. Privacy

We never sell or share your personal data. It is used solely for fulfilling your orders and optional promotional emails.

7. Intellectual Property
